My husband and I were a bit overwhelmed with all the paperwork, inspections, showings, and closings. But Theresa was so helpful and we relied heavily on her professional experience. Selling your home is a rather big decision. We decided to sell our condo and buy a home, and we wanted to look for the best realtor possible to help us with our plans to move. One name in particular kept coming up in conversations with people that we talked with. That name was Theresa Allen of Cutler Realty. We met with Theresa and instantly we clicked. She soon became not only our realtor, but our friend. She listed our condo and showed us many homes. Never tiring of the time she spent with us, she was always patient and diligent and always professional. Never too busy to take our many calls or answer all of our questions. Theresa made our decision to buy a home a simple and easy one, and when we finally moved, she was there for us every step of the way. We have known and worked with Theresa for more than 20 years. In this period of time, Theresa has helped us buy 3 separate homes and sell 2 homes. Theresa has always been very professional and has never hesitated to provide us excellent guidance based upon her experience and knowledge of the situation. In the most recent collaboration, we were returning from an assignment in Europe. While there, Theresa checked in with us periodically to ensure she understood our situation, when we might be returning, and what we might consider when we did return. Upon our arrival back into the U.S., Theresa had several homes scheduled on the very first day of our consideration. In the matter of 2 weeks. Theresa Allen served as our representative in the selling of our home. She did an excellent job of marketing our house. She was very professional and delivered on every commitment she made. She provided regular reports on all inquiries about our home. During negotiations she provided great insights and excellent advice to us.
