Working with Rhonda has truly been a pleasure from start to finish. She was flexible with us as our desires switched from finding land to making offers on multiple homes while the busy holiday season was approaching. She was always quick to help us get appointments scheduled and sharp in her tactics in submitting competitive offers. As she told us throughout the process, what is meant to be will happen and we couldn't be more satisfied with the home we purchased even if it was our third offer submitted. Switching to listing our house, although it may have had some bumps in the road, this was handled with ease and we still received multiple offers. I think the tenuous market that exists offers quite the challenge for realtors and buyers, so I think none of this was in the control of Rhonda. I hope that we don't have plans to relocate any time soon, but if I have friends/family looking in the area, I will highly recommend Rhonda for their hunt!

We had sold a house and bought our house 17 years ago with Theresa Allen. 1 1/2 years ago our son wanted to buy his first house so we suggested Theresa and he was very pleased. A year ago our daughter bought her first house and had a great experience as well. We just sold our home and are going to buy again in order to downsize. 5 sales (so far) with Theresa, we are extremely happy customers!!!
