I have known Theresa for twenty years. She has helped me buy and sell several houses. She is the most knowledgeable professional realtor I know. She makes you feel like you are her only client but she makes you feel like a good friend at the same time. I would like to say our experience with Rhonda and Theresa has been great! From the time they came to our house to take pictures and explain the procedure for selling our house, setting up showing times,presenting the offer to us and closing on the sale of the house, they explained how and why all procedures should be, offered advice when needed and answered all our questions. They sold our house in a very reasonable time.We have some specific criteria for the house we our looking for.They have been very patient and dilligent in trying to locate what we are looking for.
