Our original meeting was just to get some information - with no promise I even intended on selling my home. Rhonda came to my home - brought market studies and experience - and answered every question. I did not list for a few months - Rhonda was extremely patient an always responded immediately to every question. Once I listed Rhonda was extremely responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable. I could not be haapier with my choice of agents - I HIGHLY recommend the Allen Albaugh Team!!!!

Rate My Agent ReviewWhen we decided to sell our home after 30 year's, we immediately thought of Teresa Allen because she helped us purchase the home earlier, and also was our daughter's agent when she purchased her home. Both were very positive experiences with her. So glad she was still in the real estate business. Teresa, as expected was wonderful to work with again. Concerning her team member Rhonda Albaugh, we cannot say enough good about the positive experience we had with her. She really took the "reins" to insure all the the details of the communications and details were handled timely and professionally. She was always available to keep us informed and up to date and to answer our questions immediately. Her knowledge and experience was extremely helpful to us which led to a timely and successful sale. No doubt about it, we will certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
