Hello from Luxembourg. We have now purchased and sold two seperate homes from Theresa Allen since moving to Ohio. Theresa has been very professional and attentive to our every need in each and every circumstance. She has provided us terrific guidance as we were contemplating our different situations and decisions. She has always gone above and beyond her responsibilities in working with us. In fact, most recently, we were facing an international move and left the country before the house sold. She was always available to answer our questions, schedule inspections, coordinate necessary repairs, and give us assurance that everything was going to be just fine. In every way, Theresa has been a very trusted adviser to us throughout all of buying and selling processes. We expect to be moving back to NE Ohio in a few years and will be looking forward to her being there to guide us once again as we will be looking for a home.
