We spent six months trying to find our new home. Rhonda was patient and generous with her time. She provided much-needed hand holding to us, first-time buyers. We love our new home! But if we find ourselves on the market again, we will absolutely work with Rhonda and her team again. Smart, honest, effective, and very pleasant to work with. Couldn't ask for anything more!!

Theresa and Rhonda were amazing in making sure we got to see every house we had interest in. They happily answered every question or request we had promptly and thoroughly, and never made us feel self conscious (as first time home buyers, we knew we were clueless, but they never made us feel like that at all)! When it came to negotiating, they didnt miss beat on keeping us posted, and the closing went very smoothly. I felt extremely prepared and we closed in the minimum amount of days possible, required by the bank! Thank you both for making my first time buying a home, so fun and easy!

My Cutler experience didn't start well. I began with a friend I knew that worked for Cutler that was inexperienced. The results were poor and I was frustrated. He chose to step aside and recommended Rhonda. I was skeptical but hopeful. What a difference! Theresa & Rhonda stepped in and took charge.
